Christmas eve at Nan's is always fun... We always have a fabulous spread of food including the famous red velvet cake. Everyone has a stocking with their name on it & they always get stuffed plum full of goodies. Michael & I found some fake lotto tickets & decided to play a funny on some family members this year & it worked. It made for a very fun & funny night!!!!

I found this angel right after we made the decision to adopt. It says " however motherhood comes to you it's a miracle". Talk about getting a sign from the big man. I keep it in my kitchen window so I can read it every day. When getting out the decorations for Christmas I came across this HOPE ornament & thought the two belonged together. I know the good Lord will bless us with a beautiful baby, I HOPE sooner then later, but he knows his plans for us, so this Christmas & everyday I just pray that God will protect our baby till he or she comes home to us.

Girls Night Christmas Party

We had our second girls night Christmas party at my house,

( i think it's officially an annual party now).

We had fabulous food (thanks to Allie), wine, champagne punch

& our always fun gift exchange. We did a Christmas theme this year...

We did the traditional exchange where everyone puts their gift in the pile & you pick a number, you can steal up to 3 times & number 1 gets to pick last as well.

I picked # 1..... Whooo Hoooo!!!!

Cody's Birthday
