- 3 cans of fat free low sodium chicken broth
- 1 can of rotell
- 2 lb bag of frozen broccoli & cauliflower
- 8oz of 2% Velveeta cheese (reduced fat)
**I added some squash & Zucchini
Boil the broccoli, cauliflower, squash & zucchini in the chicken broth, cube the 8oz of cheese, when it comes to a boil add the rotell & cubed cheese.
Stir & enjoy!!!!! 1 cup of soup = 1 point
